Research Interests

Dr Pignatelli's research is focused in 1) reproductive medicine: male hypogonadism, hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, polycystic ovarian syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia; and 2) the adrenal cortex: adrenarche, adrenal cortex tumors, adrenal cortex hyperplasias, Cushing's syndrome, incidentalomas, adrenal cortex cancer.

Clinical Expertise

His aim is to see and treat his patients in the most personalized and humane way. To learn as much as possible in order to be able to give them the best approach and obtain the best results.
