Research Interests

Dr. Lang is a clinician focused on the disorders of sexual development (DSD), hypogonadism, disorders of steroid synthesis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and diabetes. Her clinical investigative approach is collaborative and multidisciplinary. Her research projects include: 1) collection of (mostly) male patients with severe congenital forms of hypogonadism (collaboration with the research group of N. Pitteloud); 2) laboratory diagnostics of primary hypoaldosteronism; and 3) PCOS diagnostic criteria.

Clinical Expertise

Her clinical practice covers the spectrum of pediatric endocrinology and diabetology including polycystic ovary syndrome, hypogonadism, DSD, Turner syndrome and long-term care of patients with diabetes.
