Alexandre completed a PhD in Life Sciences in 2015 specialized in molecular biology at Lausanne University. He then got experiences in teaching at the high school level and developing In Vitro Diagnostic kits in a startup environment.
In 2021, Alexandre joined the Nephrology and Hypertension department of CHUV. He was coordinating a study in collaboration with the company Aktiia aiming to validate a cuffless medical device for 24/7 blood pressure monitoring. In January 2023, he joined the NeuroDigital@NeuroTech group in CHUV and currently coordinates different projects focusing on migraine and epilepsy. His expertise includes study protocol, Case Report Form (CRF) and Informed Consent design, development and review. He is also in charge of participants recruitment, inclusion and follow-up in different studies.
