Cardiothoracic and vascular imaging unit

The cardiothoracic and vascular imaging unit is part of the department of diagnostic and interventional radiology and provides medical services, pre/post graduate training, and conducts scientific research. David Rotzinger, MD, PhD, oversees the division's missions and activities. The medical team consists of a senior attending physician (Chiara Pozzessere, MD), two fellows and three residents. On the research side, many collaborations mainly with other clinical departments inside and outside the CHUV help us leverage our knowledge and resources.
