My current research interest is focused on the development of a versatile diagnostic PET imaging platform with broad clinical utility. Specifically, I am aiming to generate a portfolio of diabody-based radiopharmaceuticals for various relevant targets in the context of cancer immunotherapy. This multidisciplinary project spanning from radiopharmaceutical development through protein and T cell engineering to in silico design is anticipated to generate an improved tool-set to allow for better clinical decision making.
