The compromised airway management requires several medical specialities working together to achieve the best results.

Many of our patients have several medical co-morbidities due to syndromes or prematurity. We take into consideration these very special demands when assessing, diagnosing and treating each individual patient.

Our multidisciplinary airway team consists of and works with highly trained professionals with diverse skills and expertise in treating complex airway conditions: otolaryngologists, anaesthesiologists, intensive care specialists, pulmonologists and nursing staff. They work professionally and as a family – always ready to help each other. They regularly congregate to discuss the patients and collectively establish a treatment plan. This allows treating patients who require special needs with the utmost care.
