Daniela Ritzenthaler

Daniela Ritzenthaler, clinical ethicist and special educator for people with disabilities, joined the Chair of Geriatric Palliative Care in January 2020.

Daniela completed her PhD in 2017. Her doctoral work concerned end-of-life decisions in people with intellectual disabilities.  She has worked as a clinical ethicist, trainer for health and social professionals and advisor for advance care planning

Within the Chair, she develops training for facilitators for advance care planning and collaborates in one of the Chair's research projects.
