- 7 avril 2020 : Prise en charge des patients atteints de Covid-19 en EMS
The Advance Care Planning (ProSA) project offers people who wish to draw up their advance directives the opportunity to reflect in depth on their values and the therapeutic objectives they wish to pursue, with the support of trained professionals (‘facilitators’).
The course (only in French), organised by the Chair of Geriatric Palliative Care in collaboration with the Réseau Santé Région Lausanne and ACP Swiss, consists of two 2-day modules, with 15 hours of individual and group supervision for the 2nd module.
The 1st module enables candidates to familiarise themselves with the ProSA, explain what it involves and master the interview designed to explore the values and preferences of the person interested in drawing up advance directives.
The 2nd module enables candidates to become familiar with different situations involving incapacity for judgement, the therapeutic objectives in these situations and how to document them in advance directives.
